All of our flights went very smoothly. Kaitlyn did fantastic. This was her best trip yet! She slept about 11 hours! We were able to get a bassinet for her on our long flight from Los Angles to Singapore. We did have a little excitement in LA. We had to check in and go through security again before boarding our overseas flight. Apparently my name is similar to a terrorist's name. They had to clear my name before giving me a boarding pass. This took about 30 minutes. Then I had to go through extra screening and they stamped my ticket so everyone would watch out for me. It really turned out to be comical! If they would not have cleared my name and TSA (Transportation Safety Administration) found out about it they would have had to turn the plane around...So even though it took lots of extra time I'm glad they took care of it.
We are glad to be home....We are going to try very hard to put Kaitlyn back on a schedule. I have a feeling it is going to be a rough few nights! Below is a picture of where we dropped our bags last night. I have a lot of work to do!!! By the way we had to buy 3 extra bags to bring back all of our Christmas gifts!
4 suitcases, 3 duffel bags, car seat bag, 2 carry-ons, stroller, and baby!
We had more bags coming back this time than when we first moved to Singapore!
