Saturday, we celebrated Kaitlyn's 1st birthday. She won't be 1 for another couple of weeks but since my parents were here we decided to go ahead with the celebration. She was a little confused when we were singing "Happy Birthday" and she really didn't know what to think of the sticky icing on her hand, but after a bit she really seemed to enjoy it. Sunday, we were up early and found the Easter Bunny had stopped by to see Kaitlyn. He left Easter eggs filled with colored goldfish and a silly dancing bunny. After playing with a few of her toys we got ready for church. It was a really nice service. Kaitlyn did well till she hit her head on the pew in front of us. Terry was nice and took her to the cry room to play. After church we had a yummy lunch and watched 3 movies. It was a very nice and lazy Easter Sunday.

How nice that you celebrated Kaitlyn's birthday while your mom and dad are there! The video is just precious! She is such a cutie! Tell your mom that I want to see ALL the pictures she has taken and hear ALL the stories about their trip when she gets home!
