October!

We started our October off in the emergency room with Ryan. He had a staph infection in his knee. This is something apparently he is going to have to get used to. He had a staph infection only 3 months ago in his foot. We are starting to give him Clorox baths 2 times a week. Our entire family is also swabbing our noses with an antibiotic ointment 2 times a day for two weeks! Hopefully between all this and the strong antibiotic he is on we can get rid of this bacteria! 

Between his staph and Haileys pneumonia we have been paying a lot of visits to our pediatrician's office. 

We have read lots of books while waiting. 

Terry was a watch dog dad at Kaitlyn's school! She was so excited to have her daddy there all day! Terry gets the Daddy of the year award! He was in the ER with Ryan the night before (I was home with the girls) and then he did Watch Dog Dad the next day! These kids are lucky to have such an awesome dad!

Our local fire department had an open house. They had a fun little obstacle  course and at the end the kids put out the fire with the big water hose! We also toured the inside of the fire truck! 

The Katy Rice Festival is always a hit for our kids too!

It was a good weekend!

This week we had a picnic at the park while Daddy was out of town. It was nice to break up our routine and enjoy the cool weather. I am so glad all 3 kiddos are healthy now. Praying they stay that way!
