El Paso

Kaitlyn and I jumped on a flight to El Paso Thursday morning. We are enjoying our time with Gramma and Pawpaw. Kaitlyn loves playing in the big backyard, however, she really does not like putting her hands in the grass. We do not have much grass in Singapore, so she is definitely a little city girl. We will have to work on that! Here is what we have been up to in El Paso.

Before we arrived, Pawpaw went to so much trouble sanding and painting the swing set. It was full of rust. We went to Toys-R-Us and bought a perfect little swing....




...but Kaitlyn liked it much better on the ground!



We went to a nearby park.


Gramma let Kaitlyn wear one of her shirts so we could carve a pumpkin.


Once again, Kaitlyn did not like getting her hands dirty.



She didn't mind playing with the pumpkin as long as she had a spoon!

Just kidding, these 2 were plastic.

We are having a nice visit in El Paso. Terry John will be arriving in the US, Tuesday! We are so excited to see him!
