Another Texas Girl...

Today, Kaitlyn and I met up with a girlfriend of one of Terry's co-workers. Suzanne is originally from the Dallas area, Texas girl! We decided to get some sushi which was absolutely delicious! Kaitlyn did however spill soy sauce all over me. Thank goodness my shorts were dark! From there, Suzanne showed us around a few local shops. We went to a Christmas Fair at a nearby hotel. They had vendors from all over the world, lots of jewelry and clothes. We did happen to stumble upon a series of children books about places around Singapore, example: Sasha visits Sentosa Island. The author was there so she signed our books! The books will be great for Kaitlyn to have when she gets a little older.
We had a very nice afternoon and are planning on meeting up with Suzanne again to go to a few more local hot spots.
